procrastinating

Our plane to Dallas leaves in three hours, and I am doing what I do best… procrastinating. I took the day off work to pack and get everything in order, but instead I took a field trip with my friend Katie and her two sons. We went out to the old train museum in Calera. I had been wanting to scope the location for a while now, and she had been wanting to take her train-loving two-year-old, Finn.

It was such a beautiful day for an outing (good-bye Winter – I won’t miss you.) We had so much fun strolling through the rows of old rolling stock and got a lot of really fun shots. There are so many great shots, I don’t know how I am going to narrow it down. I did a quick run through of the pictures we took and here are a few that instantly caught my eye.
