two years and counting…

April 21, 2009 in my life

It was two years ago today that Allen and I took our long-awaited walk down the aisle. Wow — has it really been two years already? Although it has passed quickly, I barely remember that there was life before “us” and in that regard it seems as though we’ve been together much longer. (Of course it could be the FIVE plus years prior to getting hitched that is throwing me off!) I still can’t believe I managed to luck up and marry such a handsome, kind-hearted, loving man. I’m one lucky girl. And though I make an effort to most days, today I am counting my blessings as we celebrate another year together.
