Don’t let the new coat of paint and fancy new furniture scare you. I’m still right here where you left me… but with a brand new look and renewed energy to match. This is the new amandapair.com. Kick off your shoes and settle on in.
The short of it is that my Web site had basically grown cobwebs over in the land of the forgotten, while my blog received all of my time and attention. My main reason for the change was to bring the two together in a blog-centric format that would be easier for you to use and easier for me to maintain. Some of the highlights, and my two main reasons for the update, include 1) no more amandapairblog.com – instead, everything is now housed under the one amandapair.com (so change those bookmarks!) – and 2) the new, easy-to-navigate and nice-to-look-at photo galleries. Use the navigation links above to check them out.
There are so many people who have worked behind the scenes to help get this show up and running. Like for instance, my super cool friends who also happen to be brilliant at branding, writing and designing. Rachel, Addie and Kristen – you guys ROCK! And of course a gigantic thank you to Nick Haskins, the talented master mind behind Spilled Milk Designs, who took my pencil sketch of an idea and turned into a custom build like I never could have imagined.
It’ll be back to business as usual tomorrow, but for now, here is a favorite image from our annual Labor Day beach vacation. Oh the stories I have to tell…
