January 21, 2010 in my life

I wrote my very first blog post one year ago today. I didn’t know what to say and wasn’t sure if anyone would read it. But I took a deep breath and hit the “publish” button. And then a few days later, I wrote another. And another. And another. And here we are. I can’t believe that it has been a whole year. But in some ways it feels like I’ve been at it my whole life. My blog has grown and transform in ways I never could have imagined. I have grown to really love the process of documenting my life and photography through this blog. Thank you SO very much to everyone who stops by day after day to check in on my silly adventures and leave comments below. You guys rock!

If you are wondering if I’m the kind of girl who would buy cupcakes and candles and then photograph them in celebration of a Web site’s birthday… you would be so RIGHT! And if you are wondering if my husband and I would eat said cupcakes immediately afterward… RIGHT again! We are oh-so predictable.
