Ashley has been one of my best friends for as long as I can remember. A lot of you may know her as ”my friend that lives at the beach” or “the only person on Earth I let touch my hair” or “Allen’s friend Mike’s wife” or “my friend that wrecked her ATV” or ”my sister from another mister”. Very soon she will be adding another title to her name — “mommy”. I am beyond excited for Ashley and Mike. They are going to be the best parents and that little baby girl is going to be loved and blessed more than she could ever know.

When we were at the beach for the Fourth of July, we headed out to take some maternity pictures for the parents-to-be. I am normally kind of secretive about the photos I take. I like for them to be a surprise and won’t show more than a few at a time before the whole gallery is posted. But we were with Ashley and Mike for three more days, and I couldn’t stand it. In a rare move, I actually let Ashley hand-pick the photos for her gallery. I love every single one of them and didn’t even want to try to narrow it down. So I’m not going to… Enjoy!
